Cadena Logistics: Four Years of Growth, Diversification, and Full Occupancy

Inaugurated in 2022, Cadena Logistics was conceived as a strategic industrial park designed to meet the needs of logistics, distribution, and industrial companies. From its initial planning stages, the project focused on offering modern infrastructure, efficient operations, and the ability to grow alongside its tenants.

As 2026 begins, Cadena Logistics reaches a major milestone: full occupancy of its industrial park, consolidating its position as a regional benchmark.

Sustained Growth from 2022 to 2026

Since 2022, the park has attracted companies seeking a reliable and functional environment to establish and expand their operations. Some of the most notable tenants include:

  • MQ Logistics: operating since 2022 with 60 employees, providing logistics, transportation, and CTPAT consulting services. In 2023, the company expanded its space within the park to further consolidate its operations.
  • GP Plating: present since 2022 with 72 employees, specializing in industrial processes such as black and gray E-Coat, Zinc Phosphate, Iron Phosphate, Type I, II, and III Anodizing, Chem Film, and warehousing. Its most recent expansion took place in 2025.
  • Cedis Logística: began operations in 2022 and expanded later that same year and again in 2025. With 35 employees, the company focuses on distribution and logistics services.
  • Jaztea: established in 2024, operating as a distribution center supplying three CEDIS, with approximately 87 employees.
  • Maseca: installed in 2024, operating as a distribution center (CEDIS) dedicated to the distribution of corn flour, employing a team of 10 collaborators.
  • Pan Webers: operating since 2024, dedicated to the distribution of sliced bread, bakery products, and sweet pastries, with approximately 40 employees.
  • Baja Pack: installed in 2025 with 70 employees, offering last- and mid-mile services, parcel delivery, national courier services, and maritime transportation between Sinaloa and La Paz.

Together, these companies reflect a diverse industrial ecosystem, ranging from integrated logistics to specialized industrial processes, and form the backbone of the park’s full occupancy.

Industrial Diversity as a Key Success Factor

The presence of companies across multiple industries has strengthened the resilience and competitiveness of Cadena Logistics. The combination of:

  • Logistics and transportation (MQ Logistics, Baja Pack)
  • Distribution centers (Cedis Logística, Jaztea, Maseca, Pan Webers)
  • Specialized industrial processes (GP Plating)

has enabled continuous and dynamic operations, fostering synergies among tenants and strengthening the regional supply chain.

Internal Expansion and Shared Growth

A clear indicator of the park’s success is that several companies not only established operations but also expanded within Cadena Logistics:

  • MQ Logistics expanded in 2023
  • GP Plating expanded in 2025
  • Cedis Logística completed two expansions (late 2022 and 2025)

These expansions reflect tenant confidence in the park’s infrastructure, operational environment, and long-term vision.

Employment Impact and Regional Development

Full occupancy of the industrial park has a direct impact on job creation:

  • MQ Logistics: 60 employees
  • GP Plating: 72 employees
  • Cedis Logística: 35 employees
  • Jaztea: 87 employees
  • Maseca: 10 employees
  • Pan Webers: 40 employees
  • Baja Pack: 70 employees

Altogether, these companies generate more than 370 direct jobs, not including indirect employment in transportation, maintenance, and related services. This positions Cadena Logistics as a key regional economic driver since its inauguration.

Full Occupancy: A New Stage for Cadena Logistics

Beginning 2026 with full occupancy marks the start of a new phase of consolidation. The focus now is on:

  • Optimizing existing infrastructure
  • Strengthening the business community
  • Maintaining operational and logistics efficiency
  • Preparing for future challenges in the industrial sector

Full occupancy is not an endpoint, but rather confirmation that Cadena Logistics has reached operational maturity, positioning itself as a reliable, competitive, and highly sought-after industrial park.
